I was satisfied with everything apart from the fact that the car only had 4 miles worth of petrol in it! According to the agreement, it was supposed to have half a tank. I was advised that we could return at a future date to receive the half tank.

However, I was told that the vehicle had been washed and that the spare wheel had been checked, while my observations suggested that neither had taken place. Sand and dust on it was there as it was before. I don't know if any other service was done.
