The first two sales consultants that I dealt with were not a credit to the business. I was not provided with information. The 3rd person I dealt with, Khurram Francis had to pick up the pieces and was much better

Work delayed 7+ days without explanation despite early receipt of parts; Poor advisor communication/ lack of status updates; Car handed back absolutely filthy - roof & bodywork covered with tree detritus - I had valeted & treated roof 1 week earlier.

I only go there because it's official MINI and close to home, otherwise I probably wouldn't use them. It's a mix of very good and very bad service.

The car was in serious trouble after flood damage. I was kept informed of progress from Wes Watson. The vehicle was delivered back to me withe problem fixed and on time. The overall cost was very reasonable compared with my original expectations.

Seating positions changed by mechanic. Earlier warning of advisories would be preferable so that l could decide on action while the car was in the workshop. I requested a call from the sales team when l dropped the car off and got no response.
