Second time in one year that my front coil spring break, I not do feel that Berry made case with MINI that this should have been covered by the warranty. It is not normal that coil spring break with this amounth of milles, these part are the issue.

The service was fine. However, I had not been informed that the centre had been moved so drove to the former location. I tried calling service dept to get new address but no one picked up. Finally i got through to sales. Poor communication.

Had a while-you-wait service and MOT. Very good welcome as soon as I drove in, guiding me where to park and reception desk was friendly and efficient. Didn't have to wait that long and waiting area was comfortable. Service detail was clear.

moved premises - no signposting on Sion Lane ,all the way back down towards London and then back up - Long wait before key handover -long wait before getting the keys back -In all ,one morning wasted for just an oil change !! - Car NOT washed
