The Service Advisor welcomed me when collecting my key. He advised me that I will be kept informed throughout the progress of my Mini. The service on my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule which was brilliant. Excellent customer experience.

The initial meeting was very long (2.5 hrs). The sales person didn't know what cars were available (he said 2, we knew there were 20+). He didn't clearly explain the range. No samples of the car colours available. Then, poor communication.
