The initial meeting was very long (2.5 hrs). The sales person didn't know what cars were available (he said 2, we knew there were 20+). He didn't clearly explain the range. No samples of the car colours available. Then, poor communication.

I waited all day for a call to let me know how things were going and when to pick my car up but got nothing until I chased 30mins before business closure. It would have taken me longer by public transport to get there if I had called any later.

Work delayed 7+ days without explanation despite early receipt of parts; Poor advisor communication/ lack of status updates; Car handed back absolutely filthy - roof & bodywork covered with tree detritus - I had valeted & treated roof 1 week earlier.

The car was in serious trouble after flood damage. I was kept informed of progress from Wes Watson. The vehicle was delivered back to me withe problem fixed and on time. The overall cost was very reasonable compared with my original expectations.

Berry Chiswick made an error with my service booking, as they didn't make a record of my booking, despite having sent me confirmation by email. They did however honour the booking so I didn't have to change the date.
