Shervin made the whole experience terrible. I definitely won't be purchasing a Mini again and although I initially had doubts before signing up for my third car, I'm certain the fourth one will not be a Mini after the experience I've had this time

There was good follow up and on the day I was kept updated . I'd have given it 5 stars had the app worked correctly I booked I'd wait for the car but the garage had I was leaving it for the day . It was not a problem as we sorted it when they called
