Excellent service from the MINI showroom. The salesperson was professional and took time to understand my mobility needs, recommending the MINI Countryman which suits me perfectly. The car arrived exactly when promised. Highly recommended.

I lost 11mi in petrol. The car had flicks of white paint on the left passengers side. I managed to pick this off myself. Tyre pressures were below recommended pressure- front and back. When I raised my concerns, I was dismissed.

I was given no notification when I booked my service that your service facility was now at your showroom only knew this was the case when I met a similarly uninformed Mini driver at the old site .With difficulty I managed to locate the showroom .

The technicians/ mechanics didn't know how to use the new machine installed to change a tyre - it took 3 hours to do, all the time I was waiting in the showroom!
