It was not a smooth process. I am a loyal customer (on my fifth mini) I was without a car for a month (the salesman wanted to hand over the car to collect his bonus but was on hols) and mini took nearly £9000 out of my account despite early buyback

I had to book my car in as an emergency after calling the Mini Assistance out. It took a total of 5 days for diagnosis and subsquent balancing of wheels and I could only pick it up on the 6th day. This seems v long.

George was excellent - a credit the company. But it was very frustrating that you had booked me in for something completely different to what I had asked for and you tried to persuade that a brake fluid change was chargable when it wasn't.

I booked my car in, owing to the heat wave, I rang the day before to ask if I could wait early and was told that would be OK. At 0730 I arrived, and said if it could not be done early then I would leave the car, collect next am. Nothing happened.

Overall satisfied. Two things that went badly - I wasn't told about change of location of service centre. As a long-term customer, I went to previous location and got stuck in traffic re-routing - booking wasn't in system so check-in wasn't smooth
