A great experience. The checkin process was wonderfully quick & easy. The service process was efficiently achieved and didn't take all day, and the checkout process and discussion was perfect. Even the coffee was drinkable!

Shervin made the whole experience terrible. I definitely won't be purchasing a Mini again and although I initially had doubts before signing up for my third car, I'm certain the fourth one will not be a Mini after the experience I've had this time
