Service booking was cancelled despite having been confirmed day before. No parking spaces on drop off. Need someone there directing. Service agent e mail address stated on e mail footer was invalid, so no way of contacting (phone never answered)

Person kept me informed and gave me a quiet room to work from for the morning. That really helped me. Im a bit disappointed that noone could help with a letter that is coming off on the back of the car, seems very bureaucratic and not customer focus

The staff were amazing but because of the move the MOT was not set up and had to go to Hyundai which caused delays to my service and although I had booked a time slot at 9am I did not leave until 3:15 by which time I was very hungry

I lost 11mi in petrol. The car had flicks of white paint on the left passengers side. I managed to pick this off myself. Tyre pressures were below recommended pressure- front and back. When I raised my concerns, I was dismissed.
