Khurram Francis who helped me with my purchase of my new Mini Cooper was super helpful!! Very friendly and he even made sure I got home safely in my new car. I felt the process was easy and smooth from start to finish.

The initial meeting was very long (2.5 hrs). The sales person didn't know what cars were available (he said 2, we knew there were 20+). He didn't clearly explain the range. No samples of the car colours available. Then, poor communication.

The Service Advisor welcomed me when collecting my key. He advised me that I will be kept informed throughout the progress of my Mini. The service on my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule which was brilliant. Excellent customer experience.
