Had to wait when picking up car for service manager to be free for handover. Also order and received replacement key which arrived next day which was fine but but had to wait +20min for technician to be found who could do the 1 minute job of pairing

My experience with MINI was outstanding. Khurram Francis was my representative and made the process from the purchase to delivery very easy. When I bought in my old (privately owned) car they also gave me a lift back to work (under 1 mile away).
